Who can access the boat launch & marina?
The boat launch and marina are private facilities. Columere Park community members in good standing have access to them.
NOTE: Marina and vehicle gate access will not be granted to homeowners using their homes for Short-Term Rentals (AirB&B, VRBO, etc.).
What are the hours of access?
The gate is operational between 7:00am to 10:00pm. Marina area is closed from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
Who has right of way – boats leaving or boats entering the marina?
Since most people can see boats coming out of the marina from the lake, boats exiting the marina are given the right of way.
Can we pull water toys/people into the marina?
Absolutely not. Tubes and toys should be placed in your boat before returning to the marina. Also, please do not leave tubes or water toys on the water in the marina; place them in your boats or take them back to your property.
